The Narberth Avenue Bridge is now a one-way bridge for cars, going South to North. The road is divided so that pedestrians can use the other half of the road, protected by a safety barrier.
The long-term plan is bridge replacement of our 100+ year-old bridge, and the current schedule (if it holds) has that project starting next Spring. PennDot has a ton of bridges in line for replacement, so we hope our project doesn't get pushed back again. I'll report on www.narberthonline.com if I hear anything. Comments are closed.
