Our Festival is a curated event, and we are looking for makers and artists who create original items. There is no fee to apply. Space is limited and selections will be made based on originality, quality of work, and craftsmanship. Presentation and professionalism will be taken into consideration, so please submit photos that best represent your product and displays.

We will NOT consider
Resellers of manufactured goods Direct sellers, MLMs, or service providers Resellers of vintage items Political paraphernalia or adult-oriented items |

DETAILS

⦿ Vendors will be notified of acceptance, or waitlisted in the event a space becomes available
|
⦿ Vendor fee of $100 is for a 10'x10' booth space, due upon acceptance.

⦿ Tents with weights at least 30lb/leg are mandatory*. We can provide a tent rental for $25.
⦿ You are responsible for your own tables, chairs and signage. Tables MUST have TABLECLOTHS that reach the ground.

⦿ Booth sharing by 2 artists/makers is permitted, but both need to be accepted. Each artist must apply separately; please make it clear who you hope to share with when completing your application. If accepted, each will be billed $50.

⦿ Once accepted there is no transferring of your space without prior approval.
⦿ Once accepted you will receive an email with the event logistics.
⦿ This event is RAIN OR SHINE. However, if we cancel due to weather, all fees will be refunded in a timely manner.

* We have a limited number of tents available to rent for $25. Be sure to select the tent rental option in the application and pay the fee upon acceptance. Tents are MANDATORY; white tents are preferred. You MUST have weights of at least 30 pounds/leg for safety reasons. We are required to check weights, and those without appropriate weights may be asked to leave.
