Thank you for your interest in Applying to the 2025 Music & Makers Festival! Please read through our criteria before filling out the application below.
Our Makers Market is curated, and we are looking for makers and artists of all kinds! We are limited to the number of people we can accept so please read through what we will and will not consider. We are looking for a diverse group of makers and artists of all kinds. Selections will be made based on originality, quality of the work and craftsmanship. Presentation and professionalism will be taken into consideration so please submit photos that best represent your product and displays.
We are looking for:
• Makers of Handcrafted/Handmade original art and craft.
• Unique products you have designed and created in the US.
• Upcycled items
• Makers of packaged gourmet foods
We will NOT consider:
• Resellers of manufactured goods
• Direct sellers or MLMs
• Vintage resellers (unless upcycled in your craft)
• Service providers
• Political paraphernalia or adult oriented items. This is a family friendly event
Selections will be made based on originality, quality of the work and craftsmanship. Presentation and professionalism will be taken into consideration so please submit photos that best represent your product and displays.
Event Details
• A $100 vendor fee must be paid within 2 weeks of acceptance. A PayPal link will be emailed with your acceptance notification. There is no fee to apply.
• Booth sharing by 2 artists/makers is permitted but both need to be accepted. Each artist must apply separately but please make it clear who you are sharing with when applying. Each will be billed $50.
• Tents are MANDATORY for a uniform and professional look. White tents are preferred. You must have weights of at least 30 POUNDS PER LEG. Wind can create a dangerous situation if tents are not secured so we will be checking and if your tent does not have appropriate weight you may be asked to leave.
• You are responsible for your own tables, chairs and signage. Tables must have uniform table coverings.
• Once accepted there is no transferring of your space without prior approval.
• This event is RAIN OR SHINE, however, if we must cancel due to a weather event all fees will be refunded in a timely manner.
• Once accepted you will receive an email with the event logistics. Check in will start at xxxx.
